Don Vince has been with Vince Tomenson Dickerson, now a part of The Magnes Group, for 36 years. He is a second generation in the insurance brokerage, following in the footsteps of his father Syd. Syd Vince formed the original company in 1969. Don has witnessed great change over the years (there are now 7 partners), but is pleased to see The MAGNES Group has hold true to Syd’s basic principles of integrity, community involvement and innovation.
Don has been president for 29 years and has focused on ensuring the organization maintains the highest reputation for integrity and excellence and that it attracts and retains the very best clients, insurers and employees.
Never one to let mediocrity get in the way, Don enjoys tennis, squash, skiing, golf and scuba.
